Get things set up
Enter your company’s details and upload your logo to get setup.

Add users
Add each of your sales team as a user so that everyone can track their own sales pipeline and so management can keep track of quotes and sales per person.

Add your prospects as contacts
Every time you have a business card, add a contact to create a new company record. Each company has a list of people, so when you are selling you can keep track of the different decision makers and contact people.

Create quotes and email them
Creating quotes is easy and you can enter some background and project info and provide pricing options. Then email the prospect a professional looking PDF. Catalyst QUE will send you a reminder in one week.

Add notes with ratings
To keep track of the status of each quote, add notes each time you have contact with the prospect. Add a rating (1 to 5) to keep track of how hot the deal is. Catalyst QUE will use the ratings, notes and age of the deal to build statistics and predict your sales pipeline.

Track your sales
Once you have put a few quotes through, Catalyst QUE will be able track your closure rates and other statistics, as well as providing sales and pipeline reporting.
